March 2, 2020, is the deadline for electronically reporting your OSHA Form 300A data for calendar year 2019. Collection will begin January 2, 2020.

OSHA’s regulatory and enforcement agenda for 2020 should be top of mind for every employer across the country. Learn what to expect for OSHA enforcement, trends, regulatory developments and how to stay out of its compliance crosshairs for 2020.The submission deadline for employers covered under the electronic recordkeeping rule is also approaching fast March 2, 2020.

With electronic recordkeeping, it is more important than ever for employers to report only those injuries and illnesses required to be recorded on the OSHA log. Most of the employers tend to over-report or incorrectly report injuries on the log, OSHA may prompt an inspection believing the employer is injuring more employees than their peers. While the agency issues many citations to employers for inaccurate or incorrect recordkeeping, the most important consideration is avoiding an unnecessary inspection caused by over-reporting or incorrectly reporting this information.

EHS consultant Joe Keenan will answer that question and more in this live webinar designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of OSHA 300 and how to navigate the requirements’ complexities—including how to properly address electronic submissions. Keenan will also arm you with tricks to easily navigate the online reporting system, fill out OSHA 300 logs (including Forms 300, 300A, and 301), and effectively determine work relatedness of workplace injuries and illnesses.

After attending this instructive session, you’ll know how to implement a comprehensive, compliant OSHA-recordkeeping program—as well as how to stay informed of ongoing changes to OSHA regulations.
